Our pricing model is based on the size of the agency using the system.
This pricing is consistent with many mission-critical client server systems
in a variety of applications.  Clients for KinderTrack are generally counties.
While some counties have just a few thousand people, large ones have
populations of several million and more.

To accommodate this variety of client profiles, KinderTrack is sold by base
license fee plus incremental fees according to the number of seats. Seats
are workstations accessing the server. In addition, we require that KinderTrack 
installations purchase our maintenance contract which provides for continual 
support, upgrades, database monitoring and training.

We custom quote KinderTrack after we understand  the computing
infrastructure of the client, the state in which the client operates and the
